The apartment was worth its price and in a walkable distance from the village center. Vicky made sure our stay was smooth, thank you.

Dit appartement vonden we geweldig! Niet groot, maar knus, en vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht op de baai voor Thessaloniki en de lichtjes van de stad. Recht voor de deur zit een geweldig visrestaurant, het strand is heerlijk en buurvrouw Stella maakt taarten waar je je vingers bij aflikt. Een wandeling van 30-45 minuten brengt je naar Nei Epivates en Peraia, waar nog meer restaurants en terrassen zijn. Daar kun je ook met de boot naar Thessaloniki (tip!). Nikos' schoonouders wonen op de begane grond, en dat zijn de liefste mensen. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad en komen graag terug!

Το σπιτι ήταν ότι έπρεπε για να σαι κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο χωριό για να εξυπηρετείσαι. Το σπίτι είναι όμορφο, καθαρό, εχει ωραια αυλή, ησυχια και δεν σκέφτεσαι ότι ενοχλείς αν είστε πολλα ατομα.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανά πάσα στογμη ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί! Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι πολύ βολικό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We stayed at this place for one week and it was an amazing experience! Home was spotlessly clean, easiest to find, communication with the owner super easy. Iraklis was ready to help us with anything for 24/7. He gave us great recommendations where to eat, where to shop and etc. The owners even met us with nice welcome drink and chocolates. We appreciated that very much. House itself is located at very nice area, few steps away from the beach. It is at village centre and close to good restaurants, markets and anything one might need. Neighborhood is very peaceful and nice. We loved it here and will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host, the location, and the apartment itself were perfect for our weekend. We received local recommendations for restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we enjoyed our time there. The hospitality was excellent, and we highly recommend it. Just be mindful that a car is needed if you want to visit nearby beaches or Thessaloniki.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

κανονικά θα έπρεπε να πω δεν μου άρεσε τίποτα για να βρω περισσότερες μέρες ελεύθερες του χρόνου. αλλά θα πω την αλήθεια λιτά κι απέριττα. ιδιαίτερο σπίτι και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο.... πολύ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης και όλο το μεράκι που ήταν ζωγραφισμένο σε κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού σε κάνανε να μην θες να φύγεις ποτέ.... ένα σπίτι μικρό αλλά με πολλούς χαρακτήρες!!! από τη μια νησιώτικο στυλ και από την άλλη μια ρομαντική εξοχή.... αρκετά ωραίος φωτισμός και αρκετά Δροσερό.... ευχαριστούμε κύριε Τάσο... πρόταση για βελτίωση: να μπουν πορτουλες στα κάγκελα πριν τις σκάλες για να είναι πιο φιλόξενο σε παιδιά μέχρι τεσσάρων ετών που δεν περπατούν καλά!!

The apartment is as described and I would 100% recommend it for the area. The beach is super close and a good bakery and small supermarket around the corner. Although there is a cafe next door and a bit of traffic on the road it is quiet in the apartment. The beds are comfortable and the whole apartment is in a good condition. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and there are amenities in the bath room, many towels, nice sheets, coffee and even some home made sweets. Eleni and Dora were very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Thank you for having us!

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Très bon accueil, facile à trouver et proche du site de Vergina (12 kms). Juste un bémol : le sommier du lit est en métal, et fait beaucoup de bruit au moindre mouvement ! Pas bon pour l'intimité ...

Εξωτερικοί οικοδεσπότες και πολύ φιλικό το περιβάλλον

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Incredible place, clean as you like. Value for money at its best. Great location and the host (Marios) was very friendly and eager to help at all times. Would totally recommend!

The house is great, we felt like at home, has everything you might need during the stay and you can fell that it is someones warm place. It is on the ground floor with the garden on the one and the terrace on the other side and you can have shadowed outside place any time during the day. The beach is just across the street and there are umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the house and if you want beach bar with sunbeds there are few 10-15 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed at the beach right in front of the house - the beach is sandy and the sea is cleen. The complex is huge and has playground for kids, football, tennis and basketball court and is really well maintained. There are no shops in the walking distance so car is mandatory. Nestoras is great host, we had easy communication, flexible check in and even delicious sweets as a welcome gift, as well as, electric fly/mosquito swatter which was really useful. Communication was friendly and positive and we'll stay in touch :)

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Quiet neighbourhood close to a small park with a church, but not far to walk to the main street of town. A full, well-equipped apartment with two balconies. Host responsive to queries. Detergent for the washing machine was supplied, and there is a drying rack on the balcony outside the bedroom.

Das Apartment liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Ortsrand von Litochoro. Man kann direkt an der Straße parken. Der Check In war einfach und gut beschrieben. Die Vermieterin war bei Bedarf gut erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch einige Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und auch auf das Olymp Massiv hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ο Νίκος ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της μικρής πόλης όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Το σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place was great! It has modern things you need with a cool vibe. The host treats you like family in their home. There are 3 balconies! You get a dedicated parking space in a private garage - the host had us follow them in our car to make sure we knew where it was and how to get in. local markets right across the street or a larger grocery store with in walking distance.
