Holiday rentals with beach access in Leptokarya

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

I had an extended stay here and I throughly enjoyed my trip. This Airbnb was beautifully and comfortably furnished and had everything you need even an oven. If you like they also have a cleaner available for an extra charge. There is a market on Fridays if you go to the main road and make a right you will have fresh seasonal veggies and my favorite honey vendor (ask for sample to buy the right flavor). The Airbnb does have a drip coffee maker available but I enjoyed going to Antico for coffee which is right on the same block as the best butcher in town. If you don’t feel like cooking there are endless options for restaurants. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a place near the beach with all the amenities.

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days with 2 children and 2 adults and were all 4 very excited and happy. The apartment was very clean and is really big. The location of the apartment is almost perfect. Opposite is a supermarket and a cafe. It's about a 2-3-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was great, we always had a point of contact. Can recommend the apartment to anyone. TOP in all points.

Big, clean apartment, well furnished kitchen, (a microwave would've been a great plus, but not a deal breaker for us), three bedrooms and a big terrace. All the windows have mosquito nets. Just a few steps from the sea and some great restaurants. Ilias is super friendly and very responsive. We're grateful for the cold water left for us and the late checkout!

Great spot for a quick visit to the outskirts of Thessaloniki (only 15 minutes drive from the airport). The apartment is equipped with everything you need and there's a little grocery store right around the corner. The internet works well and it was easy to take work calls. Nice restaurants in the area with delicious fresh fish. It was lovely to walk up and down the seaside promenade at night and fall asleep to the lapping sound of the sea. The perfect spot to unwind and reintegrate after an eventful island holiday.

The Owner was really helpful.The house is clean and useful, close to the sea and the garden is beautiful. I can recommend it again.:)

We had a great stay! Katerina lives with her son in the upper apartment, while the Airbnb apartment is the lower apartment with garden. The two were very friendly, always available and her son speaks very good English and also helped us out a few times. Nevertheless, we had complete privacy. We were there with our 2-year-old son and rental car and for us the location was perfect. Beautifully quiet, great garden with beautiful sea view. You just have to walk across the street and you are already on the beach, which is clean and beautiful! We were there in September and sometimes even had the beach completely to ourselves. The location is also good for hiking near Olympus, or visiting the archaeological sites in Vergina and Dion (all about 40 min drive).

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Evi & Anni's house is really beautiful and located right on the sea. The beach right in front of is very suitable for swimming, which we have used extensively. In the walking distance, there is another beach access with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers. The bedrooms are nice and cozy, but very different sized and equipped - we then unloaded who gets which room. The kitchen and bathroom are great, everything is well equipped and you can work well from anywhere or make yourself comfortable to read. The area is very quiet, the people there are very friendly. We were told that the area used to be quite touristy but since the campsite in the area was closed, there has been less going on for 10 years. The place is a little out of time, which made the stay very quiet and relaxed. There are two shops where you can shop and some restaurants. Everything went well with the buses, too. We can highly recommend the stay.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Convenient location, comfortable accommodation. I used it well thanks to a friendly host. Seaside, restaurants, and various shops are all accessible on foot. Recommended for everyone. Convenient parking as well.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Perfect location really close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is nice, the veranda was a pleasant place to spend time and very useful for drying towels and swimming suits. Dimitris was very kind to accommodate flexible check in/out and communication was easy and quick.

In Anastassias flat there is everything available, that you need. Nice terrace for chilling, breakfast and dinner on beautiful days. It's also perfect for families. Kids beach toys available, when going to the beach just on the other side of the street. Restaurants and a supermarket available next door. Free parking right in front of the building.

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

Very enjoyable stay at the DC Perea Apartment - lovely inside and the amenities are fantastic. I especially enjoyed gaming on the massive UHD TV provided 👍 Dimitris is a great host and cannot help enough, responsive, flexible and kind - highly recommend!

We had an all-around perfect stay at the Oasis of the Sea in Neoi Epivates! Already upon arrival, we were thrilled with the fantastic views – a highlight every day. One morning we could even see dolphins. The welcome was warm and personal: there were small gifts for the children, and for all of us there was a welcome greeting with drinks and nibbles – a great gesture that directly provided a holiday mood. The care by the hosts was excellent – always available, friendly and helpful. We also found the check-in and check-out times adapted to our flight times as much as possible, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment itself really didn't miss anything. Everything was clean, modernly furnished and thoughtfully equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. We can fully recommend the Oasis of the Sea.
