Holiday rentals with beach access in Leptokarya

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

I had an extended stay here and I throughly enjoyed my trip. This Airbnb was beautifully and comfortably furnished and had everything you need even an oven. If you like they also have a cleaner available for an extra charge. There is a market on Fridays if you go to the main road and make a right you will have fresh seasonal veggies and my favorite honey vendor (ask for sample to buy the right flavor). The Airbnb does have a drip coffee maker available but I enjoyed going to Antico for coffee which is right on the same block as the best butcher in town. If you don’t feel like cooking there are endless options for restaurants. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a place near the beach with all the amenities.

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare! Totul a fost mult peste așteptări: am găsit tot ce ne trebuia, de la fier și masă de călcat, bețișoare de urechi, hârtie igienică și de bucătărie, până la espressor de cafea, prosoape mici și mari, geluri de duș și șampon. Cazarea arată mult mai bine decât în poze și este excelent amplasată, aproape de plaje private și de faleza cu magazine. Camerele sunt luminoase, spațioase, curate și aerisite, cu aer condiționat perfect funcțional. Televizoarele au YouTube și Netflix, iar frigiderul și vesela erau impecabile. Recomand cu drag!

We had a lovely stay at Ioannis’ apartment, it was very clean and as described in the listing. He was so helpful and very responsive to messages, he sent through some great recommendations and travel tips. The view was stunning and having the beach just a few metres away is so lovely! Our stay at Marija's apartament was really comfortable. The great advantage of this place is its convenient location very close to the beach🏖️ (2 minutes walk) and at the same time in the middle of the seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, neat and minimalistic. The communication with Marija went in an easy manner, we didn't have any issues with flexible check-in and check-out👍🏼 We enjoyed our holidays in Perea! Many thanks the host🙏🏼

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Wir waren 7 Tagen mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und waren alle 4 sehr begeistert und glücklich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wirklich groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und ein Café. Zum Strand sind es ca 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. In allen Punkten TOP.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Katerina wohnt zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in der oberen Wohnung, während die Airbnb Wohnung die untere Wohnung mit Garten ist. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und ihr Sohn spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns auch ein paar Mal sehr ausgeholfen. Dennoch hatten wir komplette Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit unserem 2jährigen Sohn und Mietauto da und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Schön ruhig, toller Garten mit schönen Meerblick. Man muss nur über die Straße laufen und schon ist man am Strand, der sauber und schön ist! Wir waren im September da und hatten den Strand manchmal sogar komplett für uns alleine. Die Lage ist auch gut, um eine Wanderung in der Nähe vom Olymp zu machen, oder die archäologischen Stätten in Vergina und Dion zu besuchen (alles ca. 40 min Autofahrt).

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

It was very easy to find and had the most comfortable beds.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Много хубав апартамент, до морето, с всичко необходимо, чувствахме се като у дома, любезни домакини. Бихме посетили отново с удоволствие!

Много чисто и уютно местенце. Имаше уникална гледка към морето. Кухнята беше оборудвана с всичко необходимо, даже имаше допълнителни удобства, като кафе машина например. Във всяко помещение имаше отделен климатик и температурата в жилището се поддържаше постоянно. Едно страхотно място за почивка!

Great place to stay on the beach. My family loved the quick access to the beach. It has all the things you need for a nice stay!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

Very enjoyable stay at the DC Perea Apartment - lovely inside and the amenities are fantastic. I especially enjoyed gaming on the massive UHD TV provided 👍 Dimitris is a great host and cannot help enough, responsive, flexible and kind - highly recommend!

Super Unterkunft. Direkt am Meer. Die vielen Restaurants waren alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder. Petra und Dirk

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Wunderbare Aussicht über das Meer bis Thessaloniki. Einkaufsläden gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Elena war sehr hilsbereit und freundlich.
