It consists of a room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Hot water is available 24 hours a day and the power supply is with renewable sources of electricity. On the terrace there is an oven and gas stoves for cooking. There is a barbecue grill and a traditional wood oven. The house is the only one on the property.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large living room and kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and all the necessary equipment. You can also use the outdoor shower and barbecue. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach (800m) and 12 minutes from the city center (900m).
