The Annex was exactly what we were looking for, and Sarah the host provided clear instructions and information to help us check in. The place was very clean and tidy and bed was comfortable. A lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful little house! Nicole and John have put a lot of work into this space, making it such a peaceful little retreat. They were so friendly and welcoming. The house is so close to the beach where we settled every evening to watch the most amazing sunsets. We did not want to leave and we’ll definitely be returning to stay here again and telling our friends to come too! Thanks so much Nicole and John :)

Cute, homely cottage. Located in prime location and for all you boat lovers minutes walk into town (Cowes). Nicholas was a great host! Very friendly, responsive with clear instructions. Our bellies were full on the all lovely treats that were left on arrival 🍾🧁. The Cottage equipped with everything you need for a little weekend away. Plenty of useful food recommendations and guide info leaflets on local area / attractions if new to IOW. Very peaceful stay and the hottub was a highlighted! Highly recommend and would love to stay again if visited the island again! 🏖️⚓️

What a great stay at The Old Dairy. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Great storage for clothes and cases with parking right outside our property. Cozy and warm with a very generous selection of breakfast items, crisps, biscuits and a welcome bottle of prosecco! Amanda messaged us beforehand with all the check in details and messaged a couple of times during our stay to check everything was ok. We also chatted outside and she mentioned the fabulous fish and chip shop less than 5 minutes walk away. Warsash has 3 pubs, 2 convenience stores, various restaurant/cafes plus 4 different take-aways, all within walking distance. The short boat trip to Bramble is a must. Perfect accommodation for our short stay and excellent value.
