Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Leona Valley

Great place to stay at. Host was very accommodating. My family and kids love the place.

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

I come in to the area for Family events and stay at the 4-Seasons Hotel. I will take the Connor's house over the 4-Seasons Hotel any day of the week. Location Great, Clean, everything you would possible need is there for you. Looking forward to my next stay.

For us, it was a perfect location and home for our visit with family. Very clean and accommodating. Even the landscaping was great

We had a great experience dealing with Asher! Very responsive and friendly, extremely supportive throughout our stay. The place felt like home, it was clean and very spacious, the back yard is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and extremely safe. Had to find a place to house a midsize family while visiting my son’s future college and the space was perfect for myself, 3 children and in laws. Great space overall. It was so comfy that we canceled our plans on Sunday and just lounged at the house and enjoyed the space and cooked and hung out .usually on vacation you tend to create an itinerary for yourself but it was so comfy we decided to just stay at the house and relax . There were a great selection of board games, cards, a spacious backyard and tvs were huge. Only one room (with the bunk beds) had no TVbut that forced my kids to touch some grass lol. So wasn’t bad after all. A home away from home stay for sure . Will gladly come back there when we come down for visits with my son.

As a host he was available when asked questions, nice home and neighborhood, was nice to just relax , have outdoor space. We didn’t used hot tub, we were gone a lot . returning to a home instead of hotel was what we wanted and what we got, and we could sit outside, wasn’t the warmest stay for California, but still worth it to us

Great spot! Lots of stuff around and easy access to the rest of the LA area. Excellent hosts - super responsive and proactive with information sharing. Definitely recommend!

We thought this unit was beautiful and it had personal touches that made it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked and was updated and modern. The unit was clean and fresh. The bathroom is spacious with a great soaking tub and nice shower. Mario and Stephanie excelled at communication and giving us great information about the area, including offering some nearby things to see and do. It was a great location, and we loved the on site, secured covered parking. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Santa Clarita and would want to stay there again when we are visiting our family who live in town. Check in and check out were seamless and it was an overall great, great experience.

Walkable neighborhood, very easy parking, and it was a nice surprise to find that it was more spacious than expected (from the pictures I couldn't quite tell how large the space was... I was a little worried it would feel a bit cramped, but we were very comfortable!). Will stay here again if I'm in the area!

The place was as described. It was comfortable and relaxing. Parking was nice to have assigned space. Pool, hot tub, and gym were great. Close to everything yet very quiet.

The building is very secure and the gym and rec room are great places to try out while you’re staying in the building. I wasn’t able to go to the pool but you can see it from the balcony. Felt like I was at a friends house. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

Shade was extremely helpful from the second we requested to book his property! He had one of the most detailed check in processes I have ever encountered. There was NO way you could get confused. It was so detailed, he even sent pictures to make sure you checked in correctly. The location was right next to crypto arena. The area is busy but it’s so beautiful! He is also super fast at responding and extremely accommodating! Shade is such a great host!! We felt right at home at his place and just felt at ease knowing he was so responsive and helpful!! If you have a car, they have a parking space available for you in a safe parking garage! 10/10 recommend!
