Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Léon

We had a great stay catching up with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for the kids. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We had a nice holiday in the accommodation, we especially liked the terrace. There is also a dishwasher.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The extras that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to ride from the accommodation to the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it is a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Highly recommend Mickael’s place. We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a lovely time. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area of the house and the proximity to many activities + beach.

Very good hospitality, lovely, lots of good tips to advise us, we made wonderful discoveries thanks to their advice, the accommodation is superb and very well maintained, the location of the accommodation is perfect, city center 5 min walk, the magnificent Lake Soustons is 2 min walk. Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf, the pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies next to the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thanks to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thanks again Arthur and see you soon.

Apartment in a residence in the forest, not far from the beaches and the lake. Quiet environment and balcony overlooking the pine trees! Very responsive and friendly hosts in our exchanges! Apartment also very clean, nice with nice furnishings-equipment. We had a great time 🤩

A really relaxed and beautiful accommodation where you can feel very comfortable. The terrace in particular is a big plus. Pierre was always very easy to reach and helpful... A few more towels would have been nice. There was only 1 towel per person, which is a bit scarce. There was also only one kitchen towel... a little scarce for a longer stay But all in all a very good accommodation with a great price/performance ratio

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 metres) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

We stayed in Tom’s apartment for a week in June. Tom’s so kind and friendly, he met us at the airport late at night and drove us to the apartment. He gave us lots of advice about the area. The apartment is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes in the centre of Biarritz There are some good shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the second floor, with lovely views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. It was spotlessly clean with great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

The location and parking spot were epic! Maria was an excellent host and communicator!

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. Location absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Laurents place was so homey and had everything we needed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and its well within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day!
