It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us.
