WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Check-in was super easy via a save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Very nice and cozy self-contained apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. Karin is a warm hostess who takes very good care of her guests! We were visiting with our little daughter and the apartment fit perfectly. Gladly again!

Super clean apartment. Very central location to get to know Ammersee. Shopping markets in the immediate vicinity. Wonderful view of the Ammersee. Beach and bar nearby, 2 minutes' walk. Had a wonderful stay! Gill was lovely and met us at the door to show us around and make sure we were settled in. Gave us a few recommendations and a layout of the area which was perfect. We had plans to sightsee in Munich and a few places around Munich so the location was great for that. 30 minutes outside Munchen old town and a short drive to Andechs Monastery and brewery and about 45 min to Neuschwanstein Castle. Worthsee lake is nice as were the other lakes in the area. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped for an old farmhouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful spot and highly recommend Gill's place!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

Marc met us at his property and was fantastic. He and Sophia are very organized with clear instructions, recommendations for the area and are superb hosts. If you’re visiting the area, I’d highly recommend considering their apartment. It’s easy walking distance to the trains, to restaurants and shopping in town and to the amazing hiking trails in the area.

We spent a few wonderful days with our extended family in these two apartments. The house is very tasteful and furnished to a high standard – you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis was placed on quality and style here. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offered enough space for everyone. We were delighted by the quiet, idyllic location, with many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime!

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are comfortably furnished, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! The surroundings invite you to hike and linger, everything is very easily accessible on foot!We will definitely come back!!! Sabine, you and your Seehäusl - you are simply wonderful🫶🏼

Diana’s place was perfect for us. It’s very well-equipped and private. The beds are comfortable, and it was great to have meals on the terrace. Diana was very responsive and helped us with every question we had .

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
