Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and includes an electric stove with oven, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment has a new and modern bathroom. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. The walls have been finished with anti mold plates & cleaning.

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Downtown is within 5 minutes walking distance, free parking 100m away. All urban infrastructure , such as bakers , fruit and vegetables merchants , supermarket , weekly market (Wednesday and Saturday), doctors, pharmacy , outdoor indoor swimming pool are within 2-10 minutes to walk.

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

My Mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
