Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each, 180 cm together), in the living room a 140 cm wide sofa bed with cold foam topper ensures a good night's sleep. The terrace with table, chairs and grill invites you to linger. Lake Dümmer is a 20-minute walk away. Note: A railway line runs right next to the apartment.
