Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Cozy apartment near Lake Dümmer Our fully equipped ground floor apartment can accommodate 2–3 people. The bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm, together 180 cm), in the living room a 140 cm wide sofa bed with cold foam topper ensures a good night's sleep. The terrace with table, chairs and barbecue invites you to linger. The Dümmer See is a 20-minute walk away. Note: There is a railway line right next to the apartment.

The Marissa holiday park can be reached on foot in about 25 to 30 minutes. There, pedal boats, bicycles, and SUPs can be rented. Note: There is a railway line just behind the house in which the apartment is located.

Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

Discover the beauty of rural surroundings in the beautiful Mühlenkreis with many hiking and biking trails, the "Großes Torfmoor" nature reserve and the Wiehen Hills. Do you like to travel with your dog? They're also very welcome.

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility.
