Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, garfish and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Tiny Søhøj er en lille hytte, der står midt i Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Du har hytten for dig selv, der er et lille køkken, spiseplads og dobbeltseng. Der kan stilles en gæsteseng op, hvis I vil have en ekstra seng. Du kan se solen stå op over Østenbjerg og nyde den smukke udsigt over marker, enge og skoven. Her er havørne og ugler, frøer, der kvækker i mosen, nattergale i buskadserne på engen, og gøgen der kukker. Der er toilet og bad i en seperat bygning, og det deles med andre.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Wake up to birdsong and a morning dip after an overnight stay in the beautiful and quiet apartment on the first floor of our hexagonal house in the eco-community Hallingelille. Here it is easy to find grounding and tranquility, and try the eco-village life for a few days. Just outside the door there is a swimming lake, football field and playground and the opportunity to go shorter and longer walks in the village's peace forest or in any of the surrounding forests.
