Enjoy your holiday in a unique tree house in Seibersdorf (Bez. Baden) in Lower Austria South. The tree house with terrace is at 3 m height in the middle of the tree tops with a view of the Schneeberg. The heatable property is located 37 km from Vienna, 19 km from Eisenstadt, 25 km from Baden, 30 km from Wr. Neustadt and 38 km from Sopron (H). The nearest international airport is Vienna International Airport, 28 km away. We speak German, English and Italian!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Waterfront - first row on the water - with electric boat

Stilt houses stand on piles in the water and are accessible by boat but also via jetty. Living in the middle of the reeds. Built in the 1970s/80s, then without electricity and only with gas lamps, my huts have now been brought up to modern standards. Glamorous camping is the trend, a mixture of simple, but with comfort. Not quite cheap, but it's also a crazy/expensive idea to put wooden huts in the water. But a lasting travel memory!

With 2 terraces and surrounded by vineyards, this spacious apartment welcomes you to Sankt Margarethen. You will be staying about 500 m from the Familypark and about 500 m from the Roman quarry with the open-air stage. Rust am Neusiedlersee is about 3 km from the apartment. The 55 m² apartment is located in St. Margarethen (Berg) on Lake Neusiedl and is surrounded by vineyards and bike paths.
