Holiday rentals with a patio in Leith

Johnny was great person very proactive, the flat was easy to reach, one floor down easy access. on the right side one queen green room, the other one after that one red pinck twin bed room, onthe left side master bes room with wc. the main WC is big and full of quality supplies, there is big kitchen and upper living room.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

It was a really cozy place, enjoyed my stay a lot. There’s a bus stop right outside the bnb so it’s easy to get to the city centre and back. Ted was an amazing host and very responsive, helping me settle in really quick. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Allison’s place for a family trip. The location was great ( quiet and walkable to everything). Allison was very responsive to any question we had.

A beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to city centre or take a bus from 2 minutes walk away. House is very comfortable, I stayed with my husband and my daughter and found it very charming. Bathroom and kitchen both very clean and have all the amenities one can need. Damian was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. We absolutely loved our stay in Edinburgh. It was a perfect spacious apartment for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids). The terrace and extra bathroom was a godsend. The location was amazing. The apartment was lovely, and well-equipped with a lot of little extras included, like enough dishwashing tablets, washing capsules, extra bathroom products, shopping bags, streaming TV, etc. We had a couple of minor issues with a beeping fire alarm and the toaster short-circuiting the electricity, but Francois was immediately responsive and helpful, even bringing a replacement toaster. The only downside was that I had to vacuum the main bathroom when we arrived due to copious hair from previous guests. Highly highly recommend this property, especially for a family. Great location and ample space for the six of us. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Loved the outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The property is close to main road , near to bus and train station. we have peaceful stay , will definitely recommend.

A lovely cozy little house. Also the design of it was extremely good. Ideal for two people. Could have done with a tray and a couple more plates in the kitchen

Cindy's place was absolutely perfect for my stay in Edinburgh. She was extremely helpful and communicative, and she provided very helpful advice/tips for exploring the city and surrounding area. Transportation was super easy without a rental car as the bus stop was right at the end of the Cul de sac, and the bus system in Edinburgh is extremely cheap, safe and efficient. The cottage was very clean and cozy, and it is located in a very nice area. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

Absolutely stunning! We spent 4 nights at Jacqui’s and had the most amazing stay, the cottage was beautifully presented and so spacious and the outlook was breathtaking! Close to Edinburgh but out of the city enough to be so peaceful, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Jacqui for the great stay, if we are ever back in Scotland we will definitely book again. 😊

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Great location, very walkable to New Town and Old Town. Tania had many amazing recommendations, wish we could’ve hit more of them!

This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

This is a fun place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with fairly reasonable parking options for those who are choosing to rent a car. Definitely take a look at bus routes etc, as we did not find this spot to be walkable to most highlited areas in Edinburgh. The bus was an easy 5 min walk from the space and we found it easy to navigate with Google Maps. Over all the places was very well kept, the host was fabulous. The Art in the home is ALL female paintings, books, posters etc... quirky or creepy you decide. So if you don't mind women staring you down from every window covering, painting, or poster then you'll enjoy your time in this art filled space.

Kate is a wonderful host, clear and timely communication and responsive to any issues. Her place is great, clean, comfortable, and provides good separation from family areas and sleeping areas, important when traveling with three generations of family. Location was perfect and remarkably quiet.

I have really enjoyed my stay and Catherine was very welcoming and friendly would definitely stay here again when up in Scotland. The flat was clean and tidy and the simple breakfast made it perfect to just relax without worrying about going to the shops.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anthony's apartment. It was spotlessly clean and was exactly as described. Easy check-in/check-out and Anthony kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh.
