Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft die Tapferen zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, das Erwachen der Natur beobachten, Lagerfeuer machen, chillen – und vielleicht die vielen Eindrücke nachklingen lassen. Da die Zivilisation 2,5 km weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

The highlight is the large roof terrace with a south-facing orientation, which offers a wide view and invites you to relax. Lake Grillensee, a beautiful swimming lake, is only a 500 m walk away. Leipzig can be reached in less than half an hour by train or car.
