Dear guests, This is a lived-in apartment that we are happy to make available to you if it suits you! Our apartment in an old building is located in the Waldstraßenviertel neighborhood, close to the stadium. Nevertheless, you have wonderful peace here, especially on the balcony with south orientation to the backyard. The apartment has everything your heart desires. Grout-free bathroom with walk-in shower. A large, spacious living room. Kitchen with all the utensils and the finest coffee! Bedroom with a window overlooking the courtyard.

Quiet and bright attic apartment

Our top-floor apartment is bright, cozy, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room with its comfy sofa and plants is perfect for winding down, and the big dining table works well for meals or even working a bit. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, plus a washing machine. Thanks to the skylights, the place is full of natural light. It’s a quiet spot, yet still close to everything – great if you want to explore the city and have a calm place to return to.

Only 12 minutes from Leipzig City and the recreational area of Leipzig Neuseenland, it is the ideal place to stay for your visit. You are looking for culture, hustle and bustle, shopping or peace and quiet, a forest area invites you to hike or cycle, cinemas in Leipzig City, sauna, bathing lakes, bowling alley, fitness center nearby, Belantis amusement park accessible by bike.

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45 m²), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east of Leipzig. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can reside here comfortably for two, but if in doubt, also fold out the sofa (110 x 200 cm) and a mattress (80 x 200 cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are exterior blinds in the bedroom and living room, so it is pitch dark for sleeping. If in doubt, just ask :)

Beautiful room with a view in Leipzig

This room is part of my lovingly renovated apartment in the heart of Leipzig's west side. Super connected with bike, tram and S-Bahn. Within walking distance there are many cafes, bars and greenery, close to the canal. The apartment has a balcony, bathtub, a light-flooded kitchen and wooden floor. The comfortable bed in the room is 1.40 m wide. Since it's my apartment, there are personal belongings there. I make room for my guests' things, but most of it stays.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife are located around the corner on Karli (Leipzig's pub mile). The old town is a short tram/bus ride away. With hotel bedding and professional cleaning, we offer a five-star experience. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating with up to 8 people.

Cozy two-room apartment

Very close to the bustling railway road and yet far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. We have everything you need to live, after all, we live here ourselves. On the third floor you have a lot of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog, but it does not shed hair.
