In the idyllic and beautiful Sykkylvsfjorden lies a newly built cabin/waterfront house, high standard, right on the waterfront. Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 m from the waterfront. 70 m2 plus large room at the jetty level. Unique design, large window surfaces, and rooms on multiple levels. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storage room is over a century old, but has been renovated. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Turn off your phone and relax. At Trollvassbu you are high up in the mountains and far from everyday stress. Trollvassbu has no running water, electricity or telephone coverage. Exotic with an outhouse! Water in the stream, light and heat from paraffin stoves, paraffin lamps and candles. Cooking on gas burners. At Trollvassbu, the days can be slow and the thoughts long-term. After a short time, stress will melt away. The presence of the mountain and the cabin must be experienced – or lived.

As well as garden, playground, playhouse and a zipline. All you may need while visiting both with a group of friends or a family with kids, also parking under the roof. There is playground, playhouse, trampoline, outdoor fireplace, waterfall with natural dam in backjard. Also we have 2 more rentals : "Panorama Apartment" and "Panorama Room"

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

Gode store terrasser på uteplassen med flotte solforhold. Kort vei til Larsnes sentrum. Mange turer i nærområdet, og kort kjørtur til både Ulsteinvik, Herøy og Ørsta/Volda. Kajakk, SUP brett og sykkel er inkludert i prisen. Vi kan vere behjelpelig med å formidle kontakt til utleiger av båt type Bever 460, 9.9hp.

The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.
