Küche und Bad sind ebenso in Top Zustand und wir versuchen stets unseren Sauberkeitsstandard so hoch wie nur möglich zu halten. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht aber modern und hochwertig. Die Souterrainwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, welcher vom Garten aus zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten und das Gackern von 3 Hühnern genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
