Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), boating, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. This charming and cozy residence with stylish furnishings is centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the beach. Everything within a 30 minute drive. There is a private entrance. You enter on the ground floor. Here is a private toilet, private bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator. Upstairs are two rooms, a bedroom with flat screen TV (all channels and Netflix), breakfast/ office and wardrobe. On the landing is the oven/microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle.

The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake, great activities just at your doorstep. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by. Also pick up and return to the airport can be requested for an extra fee.

The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips, you can use (for free) the four bicycles we have. We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the area.

You can also rent a sloop from us at the accommodation, or if you come by boat yourself, you can put it in a berth (private property next to the accommodation).
