The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
“The arrival and check-in went smoothly. When we entered the apartment it was actually more beautiful than in the photos. So much attention to detail and great newly renovated furniture. The patio was our little highlight, just a dream. The tips for activities were also worth their weight in gold and could be implemented well. I would love to come back!”
Die Ferienwohnung der besonderen Art. Urlaub in einem Hausboot auf der Mosel! Liegeplatz befindet sich direkt an einem öffentlichen Parkplatz und am Radweg. 200 mtr. Flussaufwärts gibt es ein schwimmendes Cafe, drumherum einige Kneipen, Restaurants, Winzerbetriebe und natürlich viele schöne Wanderwege. Mit dem eigenen Boot neben dem HB anlegen? Kein Problem. Das HB besitzt einen Gasherd, Dusche, Toilette, Kühlschrank, Bluetooth-Radio, Frischwasser- und Stromanschluss. Und noch vieles mehr....
“I wanted to stay in a quaint Gasthaus but my husband insisted on this houseboat. I am so glad I gave in to my husband! We got lucky with the beautiful weather but I think even on a rainy day, the view alone is worth the stay. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine watching the river life beats surfing the internet any day! Götz stayed in contact and met us to explain life on a houseboat. This place is exceptionally clean and well laid out. I thought the motion from passing boats would be a problem for me because I am prone to motion sickness, but even when the speed boats pass, the rocking ends pretty quickly. I slept through the others that passed in the night. We came here to ride our bikes on the Mosel and go to the wine fest but found it difficult to leave the “house.””

Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind klein, deshalb empfehlen wir übergewichtigen oder sehr großen Personen, die Beschreibung sorgfältig durch zu lesen und alle Bilder zu sehen.
“My girlfriend and I had a great time at the property. We wanted peace and we got it 100%. The apartment was very clean and you felt comfortable straight away. Everything is furnished and decorated with attention to detail. The host was very nice, explained everything very friendly & nice and gave us useful tips. ☺️ The way to the old town is really short, in the surrounding area you can eat well and go for a walk. The Moselle is a dream and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We would love to come back, thanks for everything. ”
