Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

A bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby by foot. Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The beautiful and bright attic apartment offers about 85 m² of space for 2 to 4 people as well as many loving details and homemade art. The location is idyllic in the countryside, 30 minutes by car between Cologne and Düsseldorf. Having your own car is advantageous, but there are regular bus connections. My mother, Mrs. Hildenbrand, lives on the ground floor. She will receive you. Since she only speaks German, only guests with German language skills are possible.

My accommodation is close to all the central shopping and public transport in Leichlingen. Within walking distance from our quiet residential area in 5 minutes walk to the city center, the bus station, a regional bakery, supermarket and in another 5 minutes to the train station. With the regional train you can reach the exhibition centers and main train stations of the surrounding cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf twice per hour within about 20-25 minutes.

Small but nice! Apartment for two or alone

Not far from the center of the city of blades is this beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with good access to public transport to Düsseldorf and Cologne. The bus stop, bakery and snack bar are just a stone's throw away. A supermarket can be reached within a five-minute walk. Solingen and its surroundings offer numerous sights. The accommodation is ideal for trade fair visitors, nature lovers, family visitors, vocational students or just to get out.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.
