Dien lüttje Tohuus - Your little home away from home with us in Edemissen. Welcome to our apartment in our half-timbered house with a large garden with lots of play and seating. Looking forward to seeing you soon! You will stay in our 2-room self-contained apartment, have your own modern bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom there are two single beds made of solid oak wood (can also be used as a double bed) and in the living room a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress topper (sleeping area approx. 120*190 cm).

Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and recreational areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in downtown in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 square metres in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a living room with a dining table and a futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Altwarmbüchen is conveniently located and has connections to the A2, A7 and A37. The Stadtbahn line 3 runs to the Altwarmbüchen terminus. The light-flooded apartment has been modernized and equipped in a contemporary style. Whether on vacation or after a stressful day at the fair, you can enjoy your free time here.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in historic house

The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it's a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A travel cot for a baby or child, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€10 per stay).

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

A house like a home

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
