Der große Raum verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Aussicht in das Tal, Stereoanlage, ein französisches Doppelbett, eine Küchenzeile sowie einen Kaminofen mit Sichtscheibe, mit dem Sie auch an Übergangstagen eine wohnliche Wärme im Raum erzeugen können. Das Appartement ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung versehen. Ein kleiner Vorraum mit Schrank für Ihre Sachen und ein geräumiges Duschbad gehören mit zu dem Appartement, das Sie über eine eigene Außentreppe erreichen.

The vacation home is in a former farmhouse, which today houses a distillery with a lovely dog. In winter, the production of fine brandies can be followed live. The bright apartment invites you to hike and relax on the Moselhöhe in the Maifeld. Many sights can be reached in no time (Burg Elz, Cochem, Beilstein, Koblenz, Gayerlei suspension rope bridge...) Many dream trails of the Eifel and the Moselle invite you to hike and discover the beautiful nature.

Quietly located, large, bright room on two levels with a cozy living area and a workspace. The upper sleeping area is accessible via a wide wooden staircase. Accommodation includes a bathroom and a balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and the centre of Beuel is about 10 minutes away. ( cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.

In the apartment you will find plenty of space to feel comfortable. On the balcony you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Dogs are always welcome and children are of course welcome too. For your pet there is a dog basket and a food and water bowl. There are some board games for all ages and many books to read. In total there are three beds, two are 1.40 m and one 1.80 m. There is a large open shower and washing machine in the bathroom.

Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

Get back in tune with nature at this incomparable retreat. No cars at night and a bird concert in the morning, like in the jungle. You can start a new dream loop hike right at your doorstep every day for a week. In winter, sit in front of the stove and fill the large bathtub for a relaxing bath at any time. Enjoy the seclusion and tranquility in the middle of the forest, a side valley of the Moselle, with all the amenities of everyday life.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the historic center of Winningen, a cozy wine village on the Terrasenmosel. A comfortable, exclusive and lovingly furnished 60 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms and a fully furnished living-dining kitchen awaits you.
