The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy.
