Inmitten der historischen Altstadt erwartet Euch eine ruhige, liebevoll sanierte Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse. Nur "ein Steinwurf entfernt" befindet sich das Wasserschloss mit dem Bagno-Park und der historische Marktplatz mit gemütlichen Lokalen . Von Burgsteinfurt aus kannst Du entspannt das gesamte Münsterland erkunden. Die 62 qm große Wohnung wurde 2025 renoviert und ist komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. In dem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung die für größere Gruppen.

The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

The modern, bright apartment is in the center of Ahaus. The apartment offers enough space for three adults or two adults and two children. Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

It is located in the central city center (peripheral location), close to the promenade and is suitable for 2 people and a dog. Restaurants with outdoor dining, butcher, baker, and discount store are a 2-minute walk. In the fully equipped apartment you will find a bedroom, daylight bathroom, living-dining room, large TV, kitchen and parking space, as well as 2 free bicycles.

In our "Wohlwagen" the name says it all: Come in and feel good. In the wood-scented tiny house, you can relax overlooking the river and horse meadow without sacrificing comfort (e.g. a dishwasher). The air conditioning gives you your individual desired temperature. Suburban location; a bakery and a restaurant are within walking distance. 2 km to the marketplace. Edeka and Aldi are 1 km away, a 2nd bakery is about 800 m away.
