It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. In one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in the Münsterland in Eggerode, our beautiful apartment is located on the first floor.  Our approximately 75 square meter apartment: Lovingly furnished, cozy living room with TV, sofa bed, the large two bedrooms, both with TV and the cozy, fully equipped kitchen, it can accommodate 1 to 4 people with toddler up to 5 people. A large spacious bathroom, with shower or bathtub completes the apartment.

Vacation home "Am Wasserturm" Cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor of a 2-party house, ideal for 2 people, free parking, quietly located in a commercial area in Coesfeld, the Fabrik Coesfeld is within walking distance, where many events and concerts take place. One dog is very welcome! We also live in the house with our dog Maylo. With us you can spend a nice and undisturbed time and make full use of the entire apartment.

Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
