The flat is close to Bad Segeberg, where the annual Karl May Festival and various Schlager and music festivals take place. You can reach Bad Segeberg and Bad Oldesloe in approx. 10 min. Hamburg, the Baltic Sea and the Holsteinische Schweiz in approx. 45 min. the North Sea in approx. 60 min.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.
