The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

Ideal starting point to explore the surrounding heaths and forests but also cozy & cultural Eindhoven, Heeze, Sterksel and Valkenswaard. Close to the starting point of the Happen & Trappen routes: Guitenroute and Heidehoeveroute.

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
