Beautiful apartment in Ferch The loft has a size of about 40 square meters in the beautiful Ferch on Lake Schwielowsee. Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. ATTENTION: The cottage does not have a complete kitchen - it is best to read our advert carefully. :)

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

The historic lively village of Märkisch is located in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park directly on a beautiful clear lake, adjacent to the Stechlin Nature Reserve and the Fürstenberger Forest and Lake Conservation Area, with an incomparable landscape of wide forests and secluded lakes. The bathing meadow with sandy beach is a two-minute walk. The house is located on a 700 sqm property and has been decorated with a lot of love.
