The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Ideal for those wanting to be near a local village but also secluded enough to have a peaceful time. Lots of walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and fantastic shower have all been in feedback left by satisfied guests

A stone cottage dating from 1751 with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen and private driveway. Quiet rural area, literally in the middle of a field, and sometimes surrounded by sheep! Great for walking. Wheelchair/disability friendly, dog friendly. The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money and with comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation and everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
