So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. Charming, adorable place to stay. Small quirky home, located on the doorstep of protected meadows, ideal for walks At my home you will receive a warm Yorkshire welcome. I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.
