The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

If you like golf, the house is right up the Mølleåen golf club and the exclusive golf club The Scandinavian is only 5 km away. If you want to experience Copenhagen, it is only a 30 km drive. Hillerød, Fredensborg and Roskilde are 30-40 minutes away by car.

There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
