The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Would you like to spend a few relaxing days in nature and the mountains? Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
