Bitte beachten: Die Endreinigung ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Sie kostet 50 EUR, die bei Abreise bar in der Wohnung zu hinterlegen sind. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher und Toilettenpapier müssen mitgebracht werden (Alternativ können Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Aufpreis im Hotel gemietet werden). Wir bieten unser 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Mittelberg an. Das Kleinwalsertal bietet im Sommer wunderschöne Wanderstrecken, im Winter ist es ein Schneeparadies für Wintersportler und Familien.

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Wir, Barbara und Martin möchten Sie in unserem schönen hochwertigen renovierten Appartement am Rande des Wildenbaches willkommen heißen. Direkt vom Haus aus eröffnen sich schöne Berg- und Skitouren. In den Sommermonaten Mai bis November ist das Bergbahnticket Gratis bei jeder Übernachtung mit dabei. Im Winter ist der Skilift Wildental nur 200m entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus hält der Bus. Den Sie mit der Gästekarte Gratis nutzen können.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Het appartement biedt slaapplaats aan maximaal 4 personen. Het balkon biedt prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Gasten mogen gratis gebruik maken van het (binnen) zwembad en sauna. Er is gratis parkeerplaats voor gasten beschikbaar. Uiteraard is er gratis WIFI. In de periode mei t/m november mogen onze gasten tevens gratis onbeperkt gebruik maken van alle gondels en liften.
