“The apartment is nice and very well equipped. In the cozy kitchen there is really everything you need and more - oil, vinegar, spices etc. In the old house, old and new elements mix in a beautiful way, it has retained its character but offers a lot of comfort. Since I am sensitive to noise, I was initially somewhat skeptical about the main road that runs right in front of the house. But with the windows closed you hardly hear the traffic, and I think that in summer there is not much to hear in the kitchen and in the bedroom, even with the windows open, as they are not directed towards the street. The little street next to the house leads after a few hundred meters to a walk across meadows and fields with a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains, so ideal for dog owners. Communication and contact with Armella on arrival / departure were straightforward and warm. We would love to come back.”
“The room is very clean and the garden has the view of the mountains. Location was great for us as we came from Germany and wanted to stay somewhere overnight before we hiked to Zugspitze. Lisa recommended us a place to eat and was very nice. The bathroom is with floor heating and very clean too. Great choice, great price and great host.”
The house is located in Weissenbach in the middle of the National Park "Lech". The "Lechweg" as well as the longest pedestrian suspension bridge, the Highline 179, are nearby. The "Neuschwanstein" Castle is about 25 minutes away by car. Important Note: The price already includes the local tax of 2 Euro per night and person.
“Very nice host, quiet yet central location, room with balcony, bathroom as indicated. Restaurant Goldenes Lamm highly recommended, bakery for breakfast right in the village. A hike to the nearby Stuibenfalls is highly recommended.”
