In a quiet location, surrounded by lush meadows, forests and the beautiful Niedersonthofener See, you can experience life on an organic farmer's farm. The farmhouse is about 230 years old and offers space for 2-6 people in quaint and traditionally furnished holiday apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play city, children have wonderful opportunities to romp. In front of the door, hiking trails and Lake Baee invite you to activity or recreation.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

The spacious farmhouse from 1650 is very well renovated and lovingly and practically furnished. It is suitable for families including grand/in-laws/parents. Children are welcome. Lechbruck is quite small, but has a good infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, various restaurants and an Italian ice cream shop.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

We welcome you to our holiday cabin "Allgäuer Hüsli Mathais" in the beautiful Montafon. Enjoy your ski or hiking holiday in the largest ski and hiking paradise in Vorarlberg, the Silvretta Nova. I ask you to bring your own towels and bed linen, as these are not provided by us. NK and cleaning will be charged outside of Airbnb, as we are all about their frugality. You have a whole house with a very idyllic garden for relaxing, sunbathing, barbecuing and just unwinding. Our large trees provide you with natural shade. A 1,000 GB super fast WiFi network is also available to you. The trade fair and Lake Constance are only 7 km away. A nice and good restaurant is 100 meters away, also for breakfast.
