We spent an absolutely perfect weekend with friends in this beautiful house in Auvergne. There were 7 of us, and everything was set for a stay dedicated to rest, relaxation and letting go. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, and nestled in an exceptional natural setting. The garden is a true haven of peace, ideal for recharging, far from any noise or light pollution. A huge thank you to our host, who was remarkably available, kind and dedicated. Always attentive, she did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. An enchanting break that we recommend without hesitation, and that we hope to be able to repeat very soon! Great stay at Françoise's place! We came with our little one and the accommodation was very well equipped (stair gate, high chair, cot). Very quiet, very clean, I would recommend!

The value for money is great. We had a wonderful week in Issoire. The location in the city centre with a parking space right in front of the accommodation is ideal. 5 minutes to go to the market on Saturday morning! The apartment is functional. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay (sponge, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, etc.). For a studio, it is spacious and accommodated us and our many bags without feeling like we lacked space. Maybe a small dresser would make everything even more functional if you stay a little longer, like we did. As said in another comment, be prepared not to have a network in the apartment The only downside is the insulation, flushing from the neighbours above the bed 5x between 8 am and 8:30 am. And according to the other tenants of the adjoining accommodation (they are separated by a single door) you will enjoy the arguments or the vacuum cleaner at 6:30 in the morning...

Very pleasant stay in this spacious, well-appointed, modern, bright apartment with unobstructed views, perfectly equipped. Small surprise: the TV to connect to your smartphone; once successful, everything is fine! The parking space is a real advantage, in this neighborhood, very close to shops and the center, but with paid parking. For my part, I will gladly return.

Very good apartment, nice, well furnished, close to the centre and perfect for visiting Clermont-Ferrand. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. Communication with the hosts was smooth before and during the stay. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area. However, there may be a little noise in the evening, especially due to the Cote-Blatin boulevard which is nearby.
