Holiday rentals with lake access in Le Vernet-Chaméane

Marie and Guillaume's welcome is cordial and informative. The setting is very green, benefiting from the nearby body of water. The house has an authentic charm mixing stones and decoration with remarkable taste. It is very pleasant with beautiful volumes and all the necessary equipment. While being close to Clermont-Ferrand and access by motorway, we have a bucolic and relaxing environment.

For the second year in a row we just had a family stay at Florence's. The place is always as nice with lots of charm, Florence is very accommodating. I would recommend it without hesitating

Listing is as described. Very clean, tidy. There is air conditioning and a beautiful terrace. Everything is conducive to rest. The nearby and less nearby environment is very pleasant and you feel good at Olivier's, an extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating host. I would like to add a few very, very important points: if you no longer have faith in human beings, if you are disillusioned, disgusted by too much egocentrism and/or incivility, by the often crucial lack of empathy, then go to Olivier. He will give you hope and a smile because he is a very beautiful person.🩷

We had a great weekend at Patricia and Vincent's. The accommodation has a lot of charm and it feels very nice there. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the view is magnificent. Thanks again for your warm welcome. See you soon, maybe!

We loved our stay at Patricia's place which is really very nice and quiet. The environment is beautiful and very peaceful. We also really enjoyed the hikes possible nearby. Everything was perfect.

Very charming setting. Beautiful accommodation, consistent with the description. Very nice space for a barbecue, picnic, playing outdoors. Responsive and available host. Too bad the check-in time is a little late, it leaves less time to enjoy. I recommend it.

Idyllic location with nature, no car noise, hiking path at the foot of the house. The garden with breathtaking panoramic views of the forest. The only downside is that some cleaning elements lack attention and we encountered a toilet discharge problem.

We are delighted with our stay in Super-Besse in Caroline's apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean and convenient. Very good location, close to shops. Caroline is very welcoming and very responsive when needed. The resort offers many activities and there are many nice things to see and visit in the area. We'll be happy to come back!

Véronique was clear in the instructions, kind and responsive. Great host! The accommodation is cozy, ideal for two people, for 4 it's small but if you plan to spend time outside, it's perfect! In addition, we saw the Sancy! The location, for a month of May and without a long weekend, was peaceful but a little empty because the locals take their holidays at this time (good for them!). And it's a beautiful region.

Carole is a dedicated, responsive and very friendly host! She is committed to doing well. Listing is as described. Perfect for a family with small children. No hassle or Tetris to load the car because all the equipment is on site, in addition to games and toys. We had a good stay despite a reservation made the night before. Accommodation was lovely with everything we needed. It was comfortable and the fire was great. It was a charming location, with great views. Secluded and private, only 5 minutes in the car to the shops and a delightful auberge restaurant. One of us has mobility issues (walking with a stick) and access to the cottage is down a 100m track which was a bit tricky in the rain.

Typical cottage, with a wooden point of contact with care and wardrobe. Quiet in a vintage hamlet. A grocery bakery about 3 km away.

Ideal stay if you are looking for calm and freshness in summer because the thick walls preserve the heatwave and the waterfall a stone's throw away allows you to cool off in a remarkable site. The house is very well equipped. We also appreciated the possibility of eating out and the groceries found on arrival, very useful because no trade in the village.

The cottage is very well located, close to the lake, and the host was very accommodating by allowing us to arrive a little earlier and leave a little later, which we really appreciated. After booking, we discovered that sheets and towels were extra (€5 each). It was stated in the conditions, and we acknowledge that we didn't read it correctly. Similarly, we didn't see that the reservation was non-refundable, which didn't allow us to go back. Regarding the accommodation itself, we were disappointed: the apartment lacks charm and would require some improvements. It's clear enough, and for the price we paid, we expected top quality. In short, the welcome was pleasant and the location is ideal, but the value for money remains disappointing
