Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and the view was amazing. Well equipped and having the use of a bike is such a bonus.

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! Tastefully decorated cottage, sumptuous garden. A very peaceful and calm place. Hostesses are very attentive. We had a great weekend with our dog who was able to enjoy the garden. Thanks for everything! We'll be happy to go back.

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodation, spacious for two, quiet and in the greenery. Extremely matches the photos. Brigitte and her husband are helpful and welcoming hosts, but perfectly discreet too. The accommodation is part of their home, but it is 100% independent. There's nothing missing from the amenity. Very pleasant countryside and hamlet environment on the banks of the Rance Pleudihen village (shops) nearby Possibility of easily visiting St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, the dam of the Rance etc .... from there

We had a great relaxing stay with my boyfriend. A very good welcome and very warm studio.

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We really enjoyed the week in Saint Malo, beautiful and exiting city, perfect appartment directly at the beach, friendly and responsive hosts… Altogether, a perfect relaxing week for all of us. A big thank you to Patrick and family. Andrea and Uwe with daughter Susi and granddaughter Matilda.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the centre of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that ensures there are no neighbours. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
