In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around June 22nd to September 8th and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. Set in a 4 hectare property, in the heart of a small wooded valley that is home to all kinds of wildlife, and opposite a pond of over 5,000m2, this gîte is perfect for getting together with family or friends in a soothing setting, lulled by the flow of the nearby stream.
