In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around June 22nd to September 8th and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Moulin de Babel, large gîte at the edge of the woods

Set in a 4 hectare property, in the heart of a small wooded valley that is home to all kinds of wildlife, and opposite a pond of over 5,000m2, this gîte is perfect for getting together with family or friends in a soothing setting, lulled by the flow of the nearby stream. Bikes can be hired on site, making it possible to get to Mont Saint Michel in 1 hour via the Couesnon marshes. And in cooler weather, by a roaring log fire, you can enjoy 50 board games for all ages.
