Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Atelier d'artiste dans une cabane en bois, une baignoire extérieur ( discrète ) avec beaucoup d'eau chaude, merveilleux pour les nuits étoilés. Bucolique, donnant sur un verger. Petite kitchenette, frigo, 2 plaque aux gaz et ustensiles basic. Toilette sèche. Un lit double haute qualité qui devient un canapé dans la journée. La cabane isolée dans mon jardin ou j'habite. Calme et reposant, le studio est simple mais confortable pour tous les amoureux de la nature et la campagne.

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz

Proche de la maison des propriétaires, le logement est équipé pour accueillir 4 personnes et un bébé (nous fournissons tout le matériel nécessaire). Un grand jardin pour permettra de profiter du soleil et laisser jouer les enfants. Nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus !

1 km from the Nantes to Brest canal, 1 km from the Guerlédan dam and 1 km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a farmhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, trailers or hikers, in pairs or solo. Many hiking trails, mountain bike trails and water activities nearby. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.

Private studio on the first floor of a family home close to the city center. You have complete access to the bathroom, living room and a small room with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and dishes. It is therefore not possible to cook. Continental breakfast for an EXTRA CHARGE of €7/person.

Take a break and relax in the countryside. We offer our newly renovated house for a comfortable stay for 4 guests. We provide bed linen and towels, and make the beds before your arrival. We ask guests to complete the cleaning before departure so as not to apply an additional cleaning fee.
