With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Located in the city centre, on the first floor of a nice secure residence, in a busy street, close to tourist attractions such as NAUSICAA, the old town, the beach, the port and the SNCF train station (within a 15 to 20 minute walk). Close to all shops, markets, cinema, theatre, cafés/bars and restaurants, etc.
