You will be charmed by its exceptional location, a short walk from the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco shop, etc.) Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers a surface area of 45 m² with a bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small private courtyard, all renovated in 2023 with a clean and elegant decor.
