The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The apartment located in the city center 2 steps from the train station, is beautifully decorated and equipped. Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

Regis's farmhouse is a beautiful, peaceful spot. It has been renovated with care and is a truly lovely environment. The artistic touches make it feel almost like a museum (in the best sense). It's also extremely functional, with everything you need for a stay with family (including many toys!). The outdoor environment is equally great, with a huge playground literally 100m away--one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen, and a large public park for peaceful walks in the woods. The town is about 12 minutes walk or three minutes drive, and there is certainly plenty to do, but the farm is so peaceful you may just want to stay put! Regis was kind and accommodating and we're just sorry we weren't there when his farm shop was open to try local products. We'd love to come back someday. Thanks very much!

What a beautiful apartment at the perfect location in town! Catherine and Pascal welcomed us upon our arrival and walk through the particulars. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Surrounded by shops restaurants and just a few minutes walk from trams or buses. There is no elevator in the building but Pascal helped us carrying up and down the stairs which was very nice. Thank you so much and your place made our trip very special and memorable!

Beautiful castle with antiques and other treasures from around the world. The bedroom was huge and it was nice to be able to spread out and relax in it. The hostess gave us a tour of the entire castle, including the tower, attic, and the main rooms. They have researched the entire history of the castle, it's fascinating!. It's in a small town, not much to do, we walked around and had a pizza, and ate it in the local park. The hosts were super nice and made us feel welcome. We would stay here again.
