In front of an estate. Near the Canal de Nantes à Brest. By the towpath , we have access to the village and its various shops: tobacco bar, restaurants, grocery store, charcuterie-traiteur bakery,a municipal swimming pool,pedal boats,canoes,golf. Then by the green line the pond of Buhel labeled "Blue Flag" and its guinguette and wakeboard ,tree climbing, go-karting. Market Day: Sundays. Close to the Gâvre forest and its equestrian center. 45 minutes from the beaches of La Baule.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Studio in the city center of Blain in 1989 building located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, the fully renovated studio of 28 M² includes a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, parking in the residence as well as an internet box. The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from a shopping centre and less than 15 minutes' walk from walks along the canal from NANTES to BREST and from BLAIN Castle.

Close to all amenities (walking distance). 500 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, the port and the Château de la Groulais. 5 km from Gâvre Forest. 30 km from Nantes, St Nazaire and Redon. Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
