The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. Very nice cabin in a quiet environment. Rekha was very welcoming, gave us good sightseeing tips and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. We didn't sleep there because our baby had trouble sleeping but we really spent a very nice afternoon and early evening in the middle of the animals. Breakfast, at an extra cost, was very good (we took it away when we left). Only blackout curtains are missing to promote nighttime sleep (especially with a little one who is sensitive to external stimuli!).

This apartment is ideally located and easily accessible by car, tram and even on foot. Garage parking is a big plus but otherwise there is parking in front of the building which is convenient. It's really very clean and tidy. It is also very well equipped and comfortable! Romain's welcome was warm and caring! Thank you so much for having us. 😊 I recommend it.
