We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

The gray home

We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you
