STUDIO 26m2 attendant à ma maison avec salle de bain et coin cuisine, entrée individuelle, décoré avec goût, douillet, zen, équipé avec lit XXL grand confort de 2m/2m, Coin cuisine tout équipé, Climatisation, Wifi, TV, Hi-fi, Salle d'eau avec Sauna, WC et Whirlpool 36°C toute l'année à disposition à l'extérieur face à ma maison et sans vis-à-vis de voisinage. Le logement est séparé de ma maison. La voiture peut être stationnée en face du studio.

My best advertising are comments. Cleanliness was a priority it's now a super priority. ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from the main place all kind of shops (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .) are at less than 2 minutes.Thank you to return my appartment clean.
“We have stayed two months at Marc's appartment, just after Covid19 confinement... Marc is a great host, very reactive and attentive to guests needs. The appartment is really complete and well equipped. It is near everything at the city center of SGEL, only 7 min far from RER A. Really easy to go to Paris. If you are looking for a long or short stay, in a friendly and cosy city, out but close to Paris, it is really a great option to consider.”
Lovely and charming 24m² studio-house with private garden. Located 12min to Paris. Very close to public transport and shops. Enjoy both the proximity of the city and the quietness of the place. Ideal for a couple or for two friends!
