Located 12 km from Lamballe, 25 km from the sea, near the medieval city of Moncontour, 45 min from Lake Guerlédan, 40 min from Cape Frehel and the Erquy coast, 30 min from Dinan, you will find peace and quiet in this cottage located in the Mené countryside. Everything you need for lunch, cooking, warming up, as well as a refrigerator. Large garden available with swing for children, animals (chickens, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs). We will do everything to make you feel good.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

(Close to all sights and amenities, Dinan: 30 minutes, Pléneuf-Val-André beaches: 35 minutes, Dinard and Saint-Malo 1 hour, Morbihan is also close by 30 km, Vannes 1 hour 15 minutes...).

Central position between the northern coast of Brittany and the rural center of the region, you are less than one hour drive of the main attractions: St Malo, the Brocéliande forest, Erquy, etc. Common shops are within 5min drive: bakery, small supermarket, post office, pharmacy. My house is situated in a hamlet of 3 houses with a quiet road in front of the house, no fences around the property.
