If you are looking for calm and relaxation, our house is ideal, with everything nearby.

A hidden gem in the heart of rural Brittany located down a country lane. You step into an open plan kitchen/lounge which has a pine table and 4 chairs. In the lounge theres a coffee table, 2 stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas and a wall mounted smart tv with Netflix. In the sun room theres a log burner with 2 single chairs. A downstairs toilet/washing machine are in the utility. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms which have super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers.

The newly completed exteriors of the cOcOn are equipped with a private garden area with 2 terraces, one with garden furniture and the other with a space for your meals.

It is possible to bring 2 horses (vaccinated)

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz

Central position between the northern coast of Brittany and the rural center of the region, you are less than one hour drive of the main attractions: St Malo, the Brocéliande forest, Erquy, etc. Common shops are within 5min drive: bakery, small supermarket, post office, pharmacy. My house is situated in a hamlet of 3 houses with a quiet road in front of the house.
