Cette pièce de vie est située plein sud avec 2 baies vitrées. Le chauffage fonctionne avec une pompe à chaleur. Si la chaleur est trop importante, les baies sont équipées de volets électriques et la pompe à chaleur a un effet réversible (climatiseur) 2 chambres et un couchage avec le canapé du salon
