We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to queries and made wonderful dinner recommendations. We had an amazing dining experience at L’Hommage. The house is a home from home. It is comfortable rather than luxurious making it an easy place to relax. As described, it is a little walk from the Metro station but it’s worth it in order to visit the patisseries and intermarche! It was an excellent base for a few days in Paris with friends

Aurore was the perfect host. The house was beautiful- photos don’t do it justice. 10 minute walk to the train or underground and then straight into central Paris. Excellent private parking spot. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much :)

We had a great stay at Salina's house. The house is very nice, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Featuring a lovely garden with trees. Many thanks to Salina for her hospitality and the welcome surprises (fruit, sweets, etc.)! We'll be happy to go back.

everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Great night spent in this beautiful place. Tour corresponded to what was described, with the flowers and overhead projector option, and frankly with the jacuzzi it's amazing.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Very nice renovated apartment, small but very functional and very well-equipped in the 12th arrondissement, close to the metro (line 14 among others), buses, in a quiet, well-maintained and secure building. It's easy to wander around the city from the condo. The hosts are very responsive, active and available easy communication. thank you, We recommend this listing.

This place is a quiet, comfortable gem located just outside the hustle and bustle of Paris. It's close to the metro making it easy access to the center of Paris, or easily walkable to lots of restaurants and a lovely park if you want to explore the neighborhood. Modern, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Bonus points for also furnishing a diffuser with the hair dryer, which is great for us with curly hair. Highly recommend!

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

Fabrice’s place is very good in an amazing neighbourhood, it is located near two metro lines which helped us a lot to go to all the places directly, the place is very clean, cozy and suitable for a family of 4. the apartment is as shared. Fabrice is very responsive for any questions/inquires.

Beautiful apartment located on the fourth floor with a nice view of Paris from the living room. The apartment is very easy to access, the instructions are accurate. The accommodation is carefully tidied and pleasant to stay in. Accessible 3 minutes to the first bus that leads to the RER B or metro 4 to reach Paris. The RER B is a 17-minute walk away. The big plus is the parking space in the basement, which is very helpful and that we don't find everywhere! I recommend it!

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!
